Presentation of the Xiaomi 12

Challenge

To present the new XIAOMI 12 model at the Crystal Palace of Cibeles in Madrid, mirroring an elegant and premium style, consistent with the campaign’s “Domina Cada Escena” [Own Every Scene] claim.

Solution

We came up with an elegant audiovisual design in the stage area where the 200 guests attended the product presentation and were treated to the light show afterwards, both on the stage and in the different activation and experience areas designed by the agency with the brand image. We installed a 13.00×4.00 m curved LED screen and spectacular sound and lighting with mobile telephones that flooded the entire Crystal Gallery in colour and textures.

Results

An elegant and painstaking audiovisual assembly planned down to the last detail to showcase the new technical developments and the brand with a premium top-of-the-range style.

Presentation Alfa Romeo Tonale

Challenge

To showcase the new ALFA ROMEO Tonale model in the Espacio MADD with a spectacular reveal reflecting the brand’s style.

To prepare the dealership to hold approximately 180 people with a modern and elegant ambience. To provide entertainment at the event with videos and live visual shows in keeping with the brand’s identity and acting as the leitmotif to represent the history of Alfa Romeo with this new hybrid SUV.

Solution

The venue was turned into a totally urban-style exhibition with an accentuated industrial and technological personality, full of contrasts with the high-end vehicles on exhibit. We designed and built the flooring and the black kabuki for this spectacular vehicle reveal and installed the lighting to enhance its new lines. We also provided all the streaming media to hook up with ALFA ROMEO’s world CEO.

Results

The elaborate audiovisual presentation of the new SUV, and the sound, video and light show made for an elegant and spectacular reveal befitting the objectives of brand and agency.

Stand for Lennox

Challenge

To design, produce and install all the advertising media and stands, totally personalised for a trade fair event at the Chillventa facility premises in Nuremberg, Germany, for the brand, which is highly committed to sustainability and wanted to guarantee people flow in an open-plan stand built with totally sustainable and recyclable materials.

Solution

We came up with a proposal in 3D render, designing the different spaces for the presentation of new products, a customer reception area and meeting rooms separated by means of large-format canvasesmodern and functional furniture and fittingstrade fair-type carpeted corridors and simple but attractive structures such as XL-sized cubes featuring the brand’s visual identity. We also generated the building drawings in AutoCad with all the weight calculations, the necessary power, etc.

We designed and assembled a 200m2 stand built in a modular aluminium structure, coated with PVC, methacrylate and reusable canvases and a banner encircling the top of the structure. We also took care of the audiovisual sound, video and lighting set-up in the different sections of the stand.

For the assembly, we took a team of 4 assembly specialists and 2 specialist lighting riggers, 1 audiovisual technician and 2 project managers to Nuremberg.

Results

With assembly and take-down in record time, the open-plan design fulfilled its purpose to perfection, yielding a quality and efficient solution in keeping with the brand’s sustainability objectives, since it has no joints, it boasts a long service life and may be used indefinitely, besides being totally recyclable.

Mastercard innovation forum

To create an ideal setting for the MASTERCARD Innovation Forum 2022; an attendance-based convention driven by technological development, sustainability, NFT, the metaverse, tourism and the post-pandemic economic situation.

Solution

We provided the audiovisual resources needed to create, around the claim of this latest edition “Together Towards Tomorrow”, the ideal setting for the event, never losing sight of MASTERCARD’s objectives.

Results

We turned this presentation into an unforgettable experience through a highly visual and technological staging, all produced with 100%-sustainable materials.

A ground-breaking video mapping on water

Challenge

CUPRA is one of the brands most committed to padel and its dissemination and is also one of the main sponsors of the World Padel Tour (WPT). The brand commissioned PARAFINA and BMOTION to launch an attractive and impactful product on a pop-up paddle court on water.

The greatest challenge for the organisation was to offer an immersive experience to go beyond the conventional; present the spectacular #CUPRA court in Madrid. A padel court the likes of which had never been seen.

Solution

CUPRA, a disruptive, challenging and emotional brand of sports and electric vehicles, built the spectacular padel court on a 23×17 m floating platform designed to support a weight of up to 6000 kg.

More than thirty people, both agency personnel and suppliers, put in eight days of hard work to assemble the main court and the 6×6 m floating platform on which the new CUPRA Born, the Tournament’s Official vehicle, was placed.

BMOTION provided all the audiovisual equipment for the video mapping and we developed the impactful contents based on padel and on the actual car for the spectacular presentation, synchronised with an elaborate sound and light show designed by our audio and lighting specialists.

The show mapping was comprised of 104 LED bars; 60 spotlights, 20 of them mobile, 6 smoke machines, 70 Kw and a 20.5×4.5 m canvas for the initial screening and subsequent unveiling of the court with a precise “Kabuki”.

Results

The exceptional and successful inauguration on the disruptive Cupra court managed to impact and surprise all the guests with an unexpected audiovisual assembly that drew everyone’s gaze to the new vehicle being launched by the brand.
