The presentations and posters are synchronised with the Congress’s on-site audiovisual equipment (touch screens and projection systems).
Thanks to our module designed to print and personalise event and congress accreditations, we can create attendee categories, insert text, photographs, QR and RFID codes for an unlimited number of users.
It features an advanced search engine and is synchronised with the registrations application.
On-site printing options:

▪ You can choose our totems for automatic accreditation printing by the delegates, allowing you to save on staffing costs and to print credentials faster.
Through our QR code reader module, which synchs with our registration system, providing total control over seating capacity, documentation delivery and attendance at the event.
We also have an RFID label-reading system. These labels are placed on the accreditations, and when the delegates walk over the reader mats they record all the entry and exit data of the accredited delegates precisely and flexibly.
The system is so rapid and practical that no direct interaction with the attendees at the event is even necessary.
Thanks to both systems, we obtain the data that we need in order to produce reports and calculate statistics on attendance, time spent at the event, credit control, etc.
Our progressive web app contains all the information about the event and allows the audience to participate in voting, chats, Q&A, simultaneous translation and agenda.
It is powered by PWA technology, enabling us to install the event website on a mobile device just like a native application, include the app’s shortcut icon on the device and receive push notifications.
