The website provides essential information for your attendees. myWeb is our progressive web app (PWA) that hosts all the information about your event: agenda, list of sites, speakers and exhibitors.
A responsive design to ensure that your web will be viewed perfectly on different devices, be it a PC, tablet or cell phone, including all the essential information that your event attendees need to know, including registration and the sale of tickets.
You can choose from:
- Templates to quickly generate a personalised and visually attractive website with your event’s corporate colours and images.

An online application for managing registration and ticket sales, online or on-site, facilitating the management of registrations, hotel bookings, travel, transfer, payments and invoices for all the attendees of your event, sparing everyone time and effort.
It includes a module for centralised communications (mail, push notifications and text messages) with the participants at the event, attendees, speakers, moderators.
We can also manage the entire attendee registration process for you both online and on-site.

Our online application allows the congress organiser to manage and centralise the entire process of collection and evaluation of communications and posters at a congress: registration of authors, submission, review, monitoring and evaluation.
We have developed a versatile software that can readily be adapted to each congress’s different and specific needs.

This module provides online and centralised management of posters, presentations, videos and speaker documentation, including:
- Author and speaker registration, a personal area for posting or uploading documentation (posters, presentations and videos) right up to the date when the event is due to be held.
- Administrative area, where the technical organisation can monitor status in terms of posters and presentations to be submitted, check the files that have been received and also send out notifications to authors and speakers in real time.
- The presentations and posters are synchronised with the Congress’s on-site audiovisual equipment (touch screens and projection systems).

Thanks to our module designed to print and personalise event and congress accreditations, we can create attendee categories, insert text, photographs, QR and RFID codes for an unlimited number of users.
It features an advanced search engine and is synchronised with the registrations application.
On-site printing options:
- We have all the hardware and services required for on-site accreditation printing.
- You can choose our totems for automatic accreditation printing by the delegates, allowing you to save on staffing costs and to print credentials faster.
QR- or RFID-code-controlled access

Through our QR code reader module, which synchs with our registration system, providing total control over seating capacity, documentation delivery and attendance at the event.
We also have an RFID label-reading system. These labels are placed on the accreditations, and when the delegates walk over the reader mats they record all the entry and exit data of the accredited delegates precisely and flexibly.
The system is so rapid and practical that no direct interaction with the attendees at the event is even necessary.
Thanks to both systems, we obtain the data that we need in order to produce reports and calculate statistics on attendance, time spent at the event, credit control, etc.

It is powered by PWA technology, enabling us to install the event website on a mobile device just like a native application, include the app’s shortcut icon on the device and receive push notifications.
Besides website content, congress attendees will have access to different tools for interactive participation in the course of the event, voting on surveys, chats, queries to speakers, a comment wall or networking.
